Are you still open for in-store shopping?
YES, we are open!
Do you still deliver now that you are open for in-store shopping?
YES! Delivery occurs Wednesday between 12PM and 7PM and costs $15.
Can I still return or exchange an item?
YES, but please be mindful that the item must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase during the curbside pickup hours.
What are your regular business hours?
Monday to Friday 9AM - 6PM
Saturday 10AM - 4PM
Sunday 10AM - 4PM

Where are you located?
Amy's Little Plant Shop is located at 2848 Laurier Street, Unit 3.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer local deliveries in Ottawa, Gatineau & Clarence-Rockland on Wednesdays between 11 am and 4 pm! Please ensure that you are home to receive your order during your selected time frame. Our delivery drivers will not leave the plants outside if there is no answer.
Do you provide shipping?
We do not provide shipping.
Your privacy is important to us. Your information is not shared with anyone. Your information is only used to pay for your items and to ship your order.
When do you restock?
We restock sporadically throughout the month! We always announce restocks on our social media pages a few hours before we upload them to our website. Please LIKE us on Facebook and Instagram.
Why does my plant look a bit different from the picture on the website?
Plants come in all shapes and sizes and may look slightly different than the ones pictured. We take one reference photo for the website. Chances are you will not be getting the exact one in the website photo.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
- For all plants:
We offer a 7-day refund period on all plants. If you are unsatisfied with your plant purchase, please bring it back to the store for a refund during business hours.
If I order online for curb side pickup, how long do I have to pick up my order?
You must pick up your order within 7 days from time of purchase. If your order is not picked up within the 7 days you will be fully refunded and the plants/items will become available for purchase on the website again.
My plant has pests, what do I do?
We do not guarantee against pests, as there is always a chance it can occur. We do our best to inspect each and every plant that comes into our shop. If you have found pests within the first 7 days, please bring it back to the shop for an exchange. If you are not within the exchange period, there are several different methods to remove pests. Please send me an email if you require assistance.
Do you accept wholesale or consignment items?
We love to support local and are always looking to add new and unique artisanal items in our shop. Please send me an email at email@example.com with your wholesale pricing list if you wish to become a wholesale vendor.
